We are one of the only barbecue catering companies that offer smoking onsite with one of our custom BBQ pits. Yes, we will show up and smoke the meat up onsite!! We will also set up a western buffet for you and all the guests. This is a self serve type of buffet with all the fixings. Even the signature sides will be made fresh onsite.
