Earl Chavez has been cooking almost his whole life. Raised in Potter Valley, CA and taught to cook a Southern Cuisine by his Mother and a Hispanic Cuisine by his Father, Earl has a rich heritage of blended cultures. He has a passion for food and more importantly bringing joy to people over a good meal. His specialties are smoking and barbequing while utilizing a wide range of styles and spices for a flavorful experience. Big Earl's food is never boring and neither is he. Big Earl's BBQ consist of family and friends who cook and serve with Earl.
