We serve comfort food, sandwiches from different cultures and countries. One of our favorites is the Crispy Chicken Biscuit Sandwich, the one that started it all. A hot, crispy, juicy, brined, deep fried chicken breast smothered in Thai chili sauce topped with cold creamy coleslaw in a flakey, buttery biscuit. We also have our plant-based Beyond Meatloaf Sandwich. We use grandma’s meatloaf recipe with plant-based replacements. Baked, sliced and seared for crispness stuffed inside a soft ciabatta roll with a sweet onion jam spread, a bed of spinach and topped with our savory meatloaf sauce, crispy onions & fried sage. We also have a favorite from El Salvador, Panes con Pollo that goes great with our plant-based Albóndiga soup from Mexico.
