At Hunter Drake Catering, we specialize in mouthwatering smoked BBQ featuring tri-tip, chicken, pulled pork, prime rib, and more. With 20 years of industry experties behind us and 3 years of my own experience, I bring fresh insights backed by a solid foundation of success of experience and a passion that started in Boy Scouts. We offer catering services for weddings, corporate events, milestone celebrations, and holiday festivities, serving groups of 25 to 500 guests. In addition to our BBQ, we provide appetizers, desserts, drinks, and event rentals. Serving Northern California, including Lake Almanor, Soda Springs, Grass Valley, and McCloud, we combine friendly, formal, and playful service for every event.
