What started from a cooking class at the Palo Alto Adult School in 2003, to selling Oaxacan Mole Negro and Tamales at the Downtown Palo Alto Farmers' Market the next Spring - May of 2004, to owning and operating The Oaxacan Kitchen restaurant in Palo Alto has led us back to the streets. Oaxacan Kitchen Mobile took to the road January of 2011. Since 2011 we have been rolling and serving some great Mexican food, created with seasonal ingredients, sourced from local purveyors.
