Primal Alchemy, founded in 2001, is an award-winning, chef-owned catering company dedicated to fresh, locally sourced, and sustainable cuisine. As Southern California’s first true Farm-to-Table caterer, we craft custom menus for events up to 2,000 guests, serving clients like the LA28 Olympics, Ferrari, and TED. Our eco-conscious practices have earned us Green Business Status, Blue Certification, and Ocean-Friendly Certification in Long Beach. Partnering with local farms and non-profits, we create memorable, responsibly sourced dishes that celebrate food, community, and sustainability.
