Sal’s Eats is a full service Mobile Kitchen & Food Truck where we create American Cuisine. We Serve Lodi, San Joaquin County, Sacramento and Livermore. I offer menu items such as the Hot Brown Sandwich from Kentucky to Charcuterie boards loaded with fine meats and cheeses. Pairing food to the venue is how I enhance the experience for the customers. Brewery menus include offerings like the Le French Dip Sandwich Choice roast beef with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese served on a soft french roll with Au Jus, loaded fries or maybe a Chicken Pot Pie. Winery fair is more refined with menu offerings including Grilled Chicken, Shrimp or Ahi Tuna salads, Charcuterie boards, and Triple Cheese Pancetta stuffed Risotto Balls.
