Established in 2005, Saltwater Catering, Inc. is a catering company based in Irvine, California. We're available for an extensive list of special events: corporate hostings, board meetings, birthdays, holiday events, corporate picnics, bar mitzvahs, grand openings, cooking demos, and, of course, weddings. We tackle more than just the food: we're on hand to handle nearly every aspect of your next big fling, including theme development, location scouting, decor, floral design and arrangements, transportation coordination, photography, valet services, and more. Of course, food is our greatest passion. Headed by Louis Manginelli, we'll create innovative, unique menus that are tailored to your event, from wine pairings to BBQs or formal dinners.
