Specializing in catering and special events The Branch in Twain Harte also offers pop-up dinner experiences, from multi-course Chef's Tasting Menu experiences to a la carte dinners, taco bars and more. We use fresh, sustainable ingredients and work with local farmers to showcase what this beautiful area has to offer. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Matt Garcia has worked alongside Michelin star chefs to being executive chef at multiple staple restaurants in San Francisco, he now is bringing new flavors and experiences to Tuolumne county.
