We use only locally sourced and organic ingredients in all preparation and cooking processes . Our dough is always made fresh and is a unique blend of ancient wheat , artisan wheat , and stone ground flours . Using only local and fresh ingredients we bring the flavors of Southern California to the traditional wood fired pizzas of Italy . Chef and Owner James Terwilliger grew up making pizzas in New York and has worked for some of the most prestigious pizzerias and restaurants in the United States . It’s with this knowledge we are able to provide a unique experience for our diners .
