Wheat and Fire Pizza Catering expanded its food catering to Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley in 2016. Offering a gourmet experience with our live fire wood oven creating fresh hot chef crafted catered food on site with scratch made components adding depth and distinction to any catering. Artisan food is especially suited for enhancing important events like wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and VIP events. We also started serving our artisan food catering for drop off, so clients that want our unique ethos and organic farm to fork experience but a smaller group or tighter budget. This has been especially helpful for businesses, branding events and corporate clients when something special is needed.
