I've been in the Catering industry for over 16 plus year. I have over 27 years of experience doing waitressing cocktailing and banquets. I do drop off & full service catering and nightly dinners. I have the eye for detail and work well with customer demands and their timelines. If there's an event or just a special ordered dinner I'm here to make it happen and make it nice for you. Including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, business, personal parties and casual lunches or dinners from full set ups to full break downs. Also meeting executive timelines, meeting and greeting clients and their needs. I've also worked exclusively for the Sons of Italy doing their events for 2+ years and 8+ years with the Lions Club of Aptos.
