We operate as a mobile caterer. We have pop-up events once or twice a month. Please follow us on IG @wilsonsbbqribshack for our next event. We serve Beef Brisket, Beef Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Pork Spare Ribs, Pulled Pork, and BBQ Chicken. During the holiday season, we offer smoked whole turkeys, turkey Legs, and smoked hams. On special occasions, we will serve Whole Hogs. We do offer Halal meat options. Please contact us for more details.
