Over the past 20 years Chef Vollono has worked all over the country for James Beard award winners, Jean Banchet recipients and won a Michelin star while working in Chicago. We’ll work together to develop an engaging, seasonal driven menu showcasing some amazing local product that you and your guests will love. I have a ton of high-end experience in multiple styles of cuisine. Join me in the kitchen with a glass of wine and let’s have some fun. Chef Eric has worked both front and back of the house and will provide you with a full-service experience, ensuring that your kitchen looks exactly as it did when we arrived.
