Hello, We’re Chef Dennis Cornett and Joseph Aparicio. Although we’ve worked in the culinary field for over 35 years, we are constantly learning and expanding our knowledge. We’ve traveled the world and found inspiration in recreating international cuisines. Asian, European, Mediterranean, and American dishes inspire us to be adventurous. We often add a “fusion flair” to traditional meals using various flavors and techniques. Although opening our own kitchens has been enjoyable, we find the intimate experience of working closely with a client most rewarding.
