The BoneSaw is a Food Trailer in Buena Vista, Colorado that Specializes in delicious made to order sandwiches, tacos, burgers, vegetarian options and more! We now offer breakfast starting at 8 am, burritos, sandwiches and crepes. Our niche is Stuffed Beignets! Hot fresh beignets stuffed with Bavarian cream, a rotating flavor or plain with powdered sugar! Were always coming up with new delicious specials, thinking in and out of the box! Our food is made to order fresh, fast and delicious! We also cater any kind of event. Taco bar, BBQ, finger foods, if you can think of it, we can make it happen, let us know!
