Chef Wash's menu consists of a variety of delectable Southern favorites which he’s been serving passion into for over 25 years! Chef Wash, the youngest of seven, born and raised in Seminola’s Hialeah Florida which is tucked within the city of Miami, was destined for his craft. Born and raised into a family of amazing southern cooks, cooking came to him naturally and with ease. Never give up has always been a mantra of Chef Wash’s. After years of trail & error in perfecting his niche, his catering business has grown exponentially & the best yet to come!
