I started out in Kansas City. Specializing in Weddings. I moved my business to the Florida Keys in 2016. I worked as Sous Chef for Lattitudes in Key West and Southern Most Cafe when first arrived in the Keys, while running my business. I am now full time running my Personal Chef business and enjoying the fruits of the Island. I was trained by the Executive Chef from the Kansas City Royals and Corp.
