My mother was a cook in the 60's, and the tradition continues in the family through me as in the 90's, I started my catering company. In 2001, I opened my space with a capacity of 600 people; since then, I have attended more than 15,000 events in my location and several other cities. In 2016, I spent six months learning with a chef from New York and started working with renowned restaurants in California and Florida, such as Fogo de Chão , Sagrado Café, and others, also serving in all kinds of events that require well-made, well-presented and delicious food.
