Chef Randy is a Haitian-American chef born and raised in the heart of North Miami, Florida. Inspired early in the kitchen by a single mother and two older sisters; Randy has known from an early age that cooking and gastronomy were his passion. A self taught Chef, Randy has garnered assistance and lessons from those around him as well as taking the influences of the melting pot that is Miami with all of its caribbean and latin cultures and fused these teachings into every one of his dishes. Smackerz is how Chef Randy is getting his scrumptious meals to everyone waiting to try them.
