Building on a legacy of three generations of family chefs, Ibiza Event Catering in Atlanta brings you an imaginative new global brand of cuisine, something we like to call “SoLa” — a bastardly blend of bold and exotic Latin American flavors and good ole’ deep South favorites that’s always governed by what’s fresh for the picking at the local farmer’s market. Ibiza Catering maintains its corporate office in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The company boasts a custom, state-of-the-art commissary kitchen, three mobile kitchens/food trucks, a fleet of catering vans as well as numerous support vehicles.
