Midwest Cafe & Bistro was born from an early passion of mine for the heartwarming flavors of the American Midwest. Founded by Kisha Hooker who grew up in the southeastern region of Hayti Missouri by way of Cape Girardeau. My journey of food began at an early age, cooking alongside my grandmother, mother, aunts and cousins. In my early adult years, I had a strong burning passion and vision to bring comforting and diverse taste of the Midwest to a broader audience in Georgia. Every plate at Midwest Cafe & Bistro is a testament of my love for the region's culinary culture.
