CAP Catering Services is Community Action Partnership of Lake County’s first social enterprise. Established in 2005 when CAP of Lake County opened its newly built administrative and Head Start facility. The new building included a commercial kitchen for meal preparation and a 200-capacity multi-purpose room.​ Venue 1: CAP Catering Banquet & Meeting Center, 1200 W. Glen Flora Ave. Waukegan, IL, 200-capacity. Sound system, screen & projector included in rental. Alcohol free. Parking lot. Available weekends, holidays & weekdays during the summer. Venue 2: CAP Catering Banquets & Dining on Genesee, 206 N. Genesee St. Waukegan, IL, 250-capacity. Ideal for Conferences, Weddings & more. Available Sun-Sat 7 am-12 am, Full bar/wine & beer only.
