We here at jrsmokehousebbq slow smoke are ribs, chicken, brisket, burnt ends and pulled pork. Briskets are smoke low and slow for thirteen hour giving u a nice moist brisket. We smoke our burnt ends for an additional six hour giving u melt in your mouth juice burnt ends!! We also make our own home made sides fresh everyday using local produces and fresh herbs giving you that real authentic southern food..
