At Pit Stop BBQ we cook good ol' fashion BBQ from our juicy and tender brisket to our other options such as pork ribs, pulled pork, sausage, rib tips "snake bites", roasted corn, five cheese Mac and cheese, turkey legs, and many other items we like to throw in as specials. Everything from our BBQ sauce to our seasoning is catered to enhance the hard work and love that goes into our craft. To answer a few questions we get asked, yes our BBQ doesn't need the sauce, yes it's cooked on a offset smoker "stick burner", yes we use oak wood, and yes it did take 16 hours to get you the perfect product.
