Brent's Catering is owned and operated by Brent and Lucy LeBlanc. Brent loves to cook and entertain. He considers himself a "people person" and enjoys family, friends, and is loyal to enticing the taste buds with new and inventive recipes. Lucy LeBlanc assists Brent in his preparation of the food and runs most of the business side of the company. She truly enjoys catering for what it is and what it brings into her life. Both Brent and Lucy cater to every client as if each client was the only one.
