A medley of Portland's best culinary talents. 58 Culinary, led by acclaimed chefs Matt Ginn and Colin Wyatt , is a part of the Award-Winning Prentice Hospitality Group which includes Chef-driven concepts such as EVO, Chebeague Island Inn, and TWELVE.
