Hello, I am Carol Segal, also known as Cookin Carol. My home is here at Mount Apatite Farm in Auburn Maine, Mount Apatite is a 24 acre farm with 1 acre of organic vegetables, herbs & cut flowers. I have a licensed commercial kitchen where I prepare homemade food using what comes from my garden and also purchasing from local businesses. It’s good for our health and our economy to know where our food comes from! I am available for catering events, I prepare a lot of plant based and Vegan dishes! Everything made from scratch! You can also find me at the Lewiston Farmers Market during the summer season.
