PIZZA BY FIRE is a Maine Wood Fired Catering company in business since 2011 specializing in catering private events like weddings, rehearsals, and many others. We are based in Scarborough, just outside of Portland. We can cater nearly everywhere with our Wood Fired Pizza Truck. Our truck is equipped with a pizzeria sized wood fired oven imported from Italy plus refrigeration, electricity, lighting, and water to cater events large, and small. We provide fast, and efficient buffet style service comparable to the best full service caterers. We cater full menu events including Wood Fired Pizza, salads, and appetizers, and happy to provide a simplified menu of just Wood Fired Pizza, and salad for less formal events.
