My name is Lucia, and I am the Executive Chef for An Affair to Remember Catering! I have been cooking for private events by request for more than 20 years. I have taken my love of food to the next level and started my catering company An Affair to Remember Catering. Where did I learn to cook? Being of European descent (Spanish and Italian), one may argue that it is in my blood. My specialties are primarily European-based cuisines, but I can custom-make and cook any genre of food for your event. I am “hands-on” chef at all events. From creating a unique menu with my clients, preparing food samplings, cooking and even serving! I look forward to hearing about your event and discussing what type of deliciousness we can provide!
