Carole’s Catering is a full-service caterer offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as hors d’oeuvres and dessert! We offer full-service buffet-style catering. Menu items include full entrees like seasoned roast chicken and home-style Swiss steak, sides including garden salad, seasonal vegetables, and a variety of potatoes. Some of our lunch items include croissants, wraps, and sandwiches. Our dessert menu features homemade cakes and brownies, cookies, pies, and ice cream. You can also choose from our specialty hors d’oeuvres including assorted croissant sandwiches, mini quiches, wings & meatballs, dips, crackers, cheese balls, assorted fruits and vegetables, and much more. The variety is endless!
