About Mintahoe Catering & Events In 1993, we opened our doors with one catering van and a few grills. Today, Mintahoe Catering & Events is the largest family-owned and family-operated catering company in Minnesota. With four bustling catering divisions and six signature venues, we understand that every event and every client is unique. Thanks to our talented team and wonderful clients, we proudly cater to more than 5,000 events each year!
