We are a full service catering company with over 26 years of experience, having catered for some of the largest events in North America and Canada. We are preferred or exclusive caterers at most of the venues and reception halls in Desoto and Shelby Counties. We are the most "award winning" catering company in the Mid-south and over 90% of our business is repeat. Our service includes on-site catfish catering, wedding receptions, corporate events, golf tournaments, private parties, school athletic and awards banquets, private dinners, etc.. Drop off service is also available. With most of our events, food is cooked on site in one of our full mobile kitchens to insure high restaurant-quality freshness.
