Nickolas Rizzo was born and raised in Northern Italy and has cooking experience in some of the finest kitchens around the world including in Italy, Switzerland, The UK, South Africa, and of course America - in Maine and Las Vegas. Katie Rizzo is also a talented chef in her own right. She is a CIA-trained chef specializing in pastries. Together they cook fine meals at their client's special events. Cooking classes are also available!
