Our goal is to bring traditional, quality cooking to your home or office. Please inquire about meal prep planning, personal chef service, catering and composed menus. Our Chef, Josh Bianchi, was raised 90mi north of NYC in rural Chatham, NY. He entered the kitchens at 13, working his way through the brigades in NYC, Miami , Kansas city, Philadelphia and Las Vegas under some of the worlds most celebrated Chefs. Josh looks forward to sharing his humble approach of food with you.
