Chef and owner, Fred Manheck, began this journey over 35 years ago when he started working in the food service industry. His philosophy of, “Combining the best quality ingredients with creative preparation provides the client with the finest cuisine,” is the catalyst that drives this award-winning Nashua, NH- based company. In addition to utilizing fresh ingredients, Fred is also dedicated to using food as an art and often expresses it with his own recipes for delicate sauces and dressings to provide his clients with an extraordinary experience.
