The Flores Family set off with a dream to open up a food truck to provide nutritious lunches & school supplies to students in need. While attending The Culinary Institute of America, Austin fell in love with the diverse meals a food truck could offer and the ability to bring great food to people of all ages, backgrounds, and locations! He saw how food uniquely brought people together and how a single meal could change a life. In 2014, he and his wife, Danielle, started Flores Food Truck & Catering. With each event and customer interaction, their goal was to Feed a Soul, Fill a Heart.
