Fresh Company is a professional catering and event planning company servicing the Hudson Valley, Catskills, NYC, and the surrounding regions. Fresh Company also operates the food service at Storm King Art Center and The Garrison Institute. We are a preferred caterer for Boscobel House & Gardens, Glynwood Retreat Center, Senate Garage, and Industrial Arts Brewery, and we own and operate Dolly's, a local restaurant on the Garrison waterfront. Our food combines the comfort and generosity of home cooking with the sophistication and experimentation of restaurant cuisine.
