Here at Little John’s Catering I dedicate myself to fresh, delicious and affordable food. The culinary field has always been a passion for me. l’ve always dreamed of opening up my own catering and/or restaurant business. I graduated from Bosces with a culinary certificate. I then went to college for one year and decided I wanted to try to follow my dream. So I started working in an Italian restaurant. I was employed there for four years, prepping and cooking. I am currently a union construction worker. My son John just turned one on Christmas Eve of 2019. I do this all for him; he is my biggest motivator. I am looking forward to seeing where this business will take me and I am so excited for everyone to try my creations.
