I conduct Monthly in person culinary experience at the Essex Market in collaboration with Loisaida Inc. classes teach you how to cook like a Puerto Rican Grandma. This experience will take you down memory lane when you taste the meal that you helped create. These events are full of culture and always a night to remember. La Cocína de Loisaida is a hands on cooking experience and is presented in partnership with The Loisaida Center and Essex Market with the collective mission to preserve and pass down culinary heritage from the Lower East Side community.
