Chef/Owner Roberto Herrera brings with him over 30 years of culinary experience. He was the Executive Chef at the famous Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse for 18 years gaining knowledge and insight into the culinary world among various cuisines as well as all business aspects of EXCEPTIONAL DINING. While Roberto guides his family and the community to establish QUALITY FOOD CATERING into a fine dining catering experience with custom menus in the specialty cuisines of American, Vegetarian, Italian, Spanish, Mexican and Steakhouse menus, he continues to satisfy diners at his 5 De Mayo Mexican Restaurant on Old Country Road in Westbury, NY.
