Phyllis Manning grew up in the restaurant business and started her catering career with her own Senior Prom. Since that time, she created Class Act Catering has provided full service culinary affairs for hundreds of weddings, anniversary parties, corporate events, and social gatherings with personal recipes and the freshest ingredients.
