We (Tom and Matt Burtch) were the previous owners of Rockford Carry Out (RCO) and built a food business on respect, kindness and a commitment to excellence. We took a leap of faith and sold RCO to focus on the catering business. Burtch’s Barn to Table was born and the catering kitchen is now housed in our newly renovated barn on our family compound. With both catering services and the food truck, we will work with businesses, local organizations, church groups, large and small parties, fundraisers, and more.
