In business since 2010, our custom made wood fired ovens are mobile kitchens on wheels. We service indoor and outdoor events and bring the ovens to your home, backyard, park setting, corporate lot, wedding settings and more. It's a catering food truck but more intimate. Our specialty is wood fired foods with an emphasis on pizza and meats. Additionally, we offer other items to enhance the menu. Salads, Pasta, Paella and a Slider Bar are options. Our dough and sauce are homemade and handmade. The pizza toppings are diverse and range from traditional to gourmet and served buffet so guests can sample slices of the variety. The pizza is a treat but the aroma of the wood and watching us prepare and bake provides unique entertainment.
