Slow Food is our philosophy. Two local Chef’s with a passion for authentic slow food cuisine. Rustic flavors and classic techniques make slow food more than just a cuisine. It’s a farm to table movement. In addition to our organically grown produce. We produce all of our own proteins right here at Osprey Farms. Raised with care we ensure all the animals are nothing less than perfection. With local farming at the forefront of our philosophy we are proud to pair all our dishes with the best local wines.
