I serve smoked bbq goods and southern sides. I cater to parties of upto and around 60 people. I use hard woods such as cherry, apple, oak, mesquite, and hickory and other, to smoke meats and so forth. I specialize in homemade BBQ sauces and BBQ rubs as well. I am am open to public walk ups you can find me parked in the lot of Staples.
