He started cooking at the age of 11, driven by the need to prepare meals for his siblings while his mom worked multiple jobs. His love for cooking, fueled by the Food Channel, led him to start a food truck business. His specialty is creating mac and cheese bowls with a variety of delicious toppings. Niah’s ultimate goal is to expand his food truck venture globally, sharing his love for food and the joy of feeding others on a larger scale.
