We are a Farm to Table BBQ and catering company based out of our catering kitchen in the picturesque town of Honesdale, PA. We prepare healthy food by hand; especially crafted for each individual menu and style. We take into account dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions. We use traditional methods of soaking grains, bone broth, and most importantly low and slow. We are known for our BBQ and we take this time-honored tradition very seriously using only real wood, real ingredients, and a lot of time. Beyond BBQ we continue these beliefs into the traditional kitchen with the care and love you would find at Grandma’s house.
