After moving to Philadelphia, I enrolled at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, and in 2014 earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. For two years I worked for an amazing chef and mentor, Jeff Power, at Detterra Restaurant in Ambler, PA.
