We pride ourselves on producing everything ourselves- we do not serve packaged and reheated food. We serve only freshly made crepes straight from the griddle. We cut the toppings before we pack them, so the best way to enjoy our dishes is to eat them right away! We are hereditary crepe makers in the 4th generation. My ancestors made crepes mainly in Europe (Romania, Poland, Ukraine and Russia). In the 19th and 20th century they gradually moved east and improved the recipe for dough and fillings. I was born in Siberia and my family came to the US a few years ago. We enjoy our family business and are happy to acquaint communities around us with our cuisine! We glad to offer our signature sweet & savory crepes to your private parties!
